What is Entandim?

Entandim is a brand that donates unused books throughout the United States. This is made possible by our generous donors. We literally couldn't do this without your help! We believe in the importance of education while also recycling and putting unread texts into the hands of those who enjoy reading.

Do you accept all books? What about magazines, cookbooks, or textbooks?

Although we greatly appreciate your donations, not all books can be accepted. Please remove all books that contain excessive writing, profanity, torn pages, or are overly worn. Signs of obvious use are expected and acceptable. We currently do not accept textbooks, religious texts, dictionaries, cookbooks, or magazines.

Where do you get books from?

Books are purchased in a variety of ways, sometimes in single amounts and other times in bulk orders through various companies. We also accept books directly, so your donations help our donations! How did this start?

Entandim originally started in November of 2018 with intentions of donating multiple items, from shampoo to clothing. Due to many logistical factors, it's more feasible to donate purely books, which is a message of education we support heavily. Although books are our primary donation, there are sometimes fundraisers where we will donate or ask for other essential items, such as donating to hurricane relief efforts, among other crises.

Where do you donate books?

Books will be donated to various organizations. Schools, churches, youth clubs, detention centers, daycares, and libraries are just a few examples. If you have a particular place you think may be interested in receiving these donations, please email us by emailing [email protected].

Order & Shipping Status

Where is my order?

You should get an email confirmation and another separate email within 48 hours when you place an order. This second email will contain your order information and a tracking number so you can check the order status. If you're having any issues with tracking your order, please contact us directly at [email protected] to be assisted directly.

How long does it take to ship?

Shipping speeds vary depending on where you are in the US. Your order will be shipped by USPS within 48 hours of purchase. Most orders are then delivered within 2-10 business days.
